GridPlex Networks LLC is composed of two operating business divisions:
- Broadband Energy, the GridPlex Technology Group, develops the Company’s underlying automation and conservation technology, including hardware, software and services (see www.broadbandenergy.net)
- GridPlex Network Services Group, the Network Affiliates Group, operates the local and regional information networks that provide GridPlex services and solutions to utilities, communities and end-users (see www.gridplexnetworks.com)
